Name some.
The B-52 in 1946 that crashed into the Empire State building, for one.
There was a report of a small plane crash just this morning that narrowly missed a house.
IT HAPPENS!
Close, but no cigar. I'm not sure on the year, but it definitely wasn't a B-52. They didn't come out until the mid-late 1950s.
It was a B-25 though.....
That was in very heavy fog, and at a time when there were not enough tall buildings for pilots to worry about them.

There tends to be a lot of houses on the ground, and ground is hard to miss. Tall buildings, however, are very easy to miss - especially on a clear sunny day.
What goes up must come down doesn't count.
A plane crashing into a house is alot different than a plane crashing into a skyscraper.
