They can't redefine it by statuate that would be unconstitutional if you want to outlaw porn you need a constitutional amendment and guess what that amendment ain't gonna pass.

I don't want to outlaw it (except the kiddie stuff), I want to tax and regulate it.

And I think an ammendment would fly. And Congress could legislate it, they legislate all kinds of unconstitutional crap everyday. Only question is whether the 9 black riders would let it stand.

I for one, would enjoy the public debate and am quite sure the "industry" wouldn't!
