I don't want to outlaw it (except the kiddie stuff), I want to tax and regulate it.
And I think an ammendment would fly. And Congress could legislate it, they legislate all kinds of unconstitutional crap everyday. Only question is whether the 9 black riders would let it stand.

Most men vote Republican if they outlaw porn that wouldn't last too long.
Besides the Government shouldn't be wasting resources on porn there are still way too many "peaceful Muslims" running around in this country.
