April 7, 2002 -- Looks like Chelsea Clinton is aiming for a degree in vacationing.

The globetrotting former first daughter was recently spotted on vacation in the Dominican Republic with boyfriend Ian Klaus, reportedly further infuriating officials at Oxford University.

I really don't care what Chelsea is doing, but I do care about the $$$ being paid out for her protection. If she were cracking the books and had SS all about - that is one thing, but obviously she and her parents aren't the least bit concerned about her safety or she would not be gallivanting all over the place --- at gov't expense, ---- and THAT I don't like!

Those two Yanks at Oxford, Chelsea Clinton and Belvedere's own Ian Klaus, checked into the Gritti Palace in Venice for a three-day stay. The bill ran to about $10,000.
