How exactly do the "Israelis control the situation" when they can't even get into the church?

According to tens of Christians calling WWJ, the Israeli army goes out of it's way to kill and injure Christians.

WWJ is a straight news station, not a call-in talk station, so once again, YOU ARE LYING!

Why must USA pay money to X countries in the mid-east????

That must be what the Dire Straits was thinking when they made "money for nothing"..

Perhaps this has not occurred to you, but as a moderating influence, less radicalised and well-situated to act as peace-making intermediaries, there are elements in both the Zionist and Islamic camps that view the indigenous Christian community as an impediment to their strategic and ideological goals. All-out warfare is their goal.

Regardless of who shot Mr. Salman (a full investigation will be performed, I am sure) I too am interested in why it was not worth the Israelis' trouble to bring aid to a dying man. Particularly if they did not shoot him, their behavior in leaving him to die is damnable, evidencing a cold-blooded indifference to civilian casualties.

The only shooting being reported is going IN, not coming out.

Can you spot the operative phrase in this sentence?

Given that our tax dollars have gone to support Arafat and his PLO thugs, luvzhottea is likely correct about who paid for the bullet that killed the man.

Oh, give it up. You people are working just too damn hard to blame America.

That is if the IDF doesn't shoot them too.

Idiot.

Well, we got the kindly old bell-ringer. Or, "gentle spiritual man."

He's even described as "slightly bent", to put us in mind of poor tormented Quasimodo, I suppose. (sigh)

Yours are hardly open minded assessments of the situation. You must concede that the possibility of Israeli culpability exists. After all, Israelis do consider all non-Jews something less valuable than Jews. If killing a Christian advances the cause of Israel or the Palestinians it will be done without hesitation.

And I'm going to be bringing up these interviews everytime I see an attack on someone's religion.

So what's stopping you? Let's hear it.

How do you know that the IDF "wouldn't go to the trouble of bringing aid" to the dying man? In a wartime situation, it is a lot more complicated than simply calling 911 and waiting for an ambulance. Perhaps it was impossible to get to the man because of gunfights or impassible streets. Perhaps the IDF didn't even know about the shooting until hours later, if they were not responsible.

And the reason there are gunmen in the church is?
Sanctuary. Perhaps your mommy should get you a copy of the simplified Disney movie "The Hunchback of Notredame" so you can get educated on these folksy things..

We stupidly supported Arafat and his regime of murderers. This has made the situation in the Mideast worse. So yes, as much as I hate to say it, we share in the blame.

"Sanctuary. Perhaps your mommy should get you a copy of the simplified Disney movie "The Hunchback of Notredame" so you can get educated on these folksy things..."

So your solution to the violence in the Middle-East is to make every building into an "off-limits" official church sanctuary?!
