Since we are flashing back to April 1975, I thought I'd post the top 10 songs from the week of April 26. The Captain & Tennille's "Love Will Keep Us Together" was just entering the charts and would become the most popular song of 1975.
- (Hey Won't You Play) Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song - BJ Thomas
- Philadelphia Freedom - Elton John
- He Don't Love You - Tony Orlando & Dawn
- Lovin' You - Minnie Riperton
- Supernatural Thing Part 1 - Ben E. King
- Chevy Van - Sammy Johns
- Before The Next Teardrop Falls - Freddy Fender
- Emma - Hot Chocolate
- What Am I Gonna Do With You - Barry White
- Walking In Rhythm - Blackbyrds

Chevy Van - Sammy Johns
"I gave a girl a ride in my wagon, she crawled in and took control......"
Sadly, I am old enough to remember that one, as well as the rest.

My God!
That has got to be the worst Top Ten in the history of popular music.
(What was number 11...."Muskrat Love"?)

4.Lovin' You - Minnie Riperton Thank you very much, now I am going to have that awful song "Lovin You" with that hideous, glass breaking refrain, "ahhhhhahhhhhhahhhh" ringing in my head all day.
