I really, really, really, (really) prefer breaking news on the sidebar -- it's how I get a ticker-like look at the latest events in the world. I really REALLY miss that.

You can have it.... really.... go to topics and select what you would like to see in your sidebars

Another thread for those who are slow to change... Give it a chance... there are some really neat features in the new version. And the look has a lot of class.

Go to topics, click on whichever ones you want(such as breaking news), and each will have an option on the left side on if you want to subscribe or not. If you subscribe, it will place it in the sidebar.

Go here, click on "You do not subscribe to this topic. Click here to subscribe." on left side under United We Stand banner.

There you go.

Scroll up to "Topics" (upper right corner)...(click on it)

Scroll down and click on Breaking News. Once you open that window, in the left column you'll see a place to click to "subscribe".

Once you do this, "Breaking News" will appear on your sidebar.

It is available, you just need to do your customizing to include it!

It's there. click Topics at the upper right, click on Breaking News and click Subscribe to This on the left side.

I didn't find out how to do this until today.

All I want to know is how to make "Breaking News" show FIRST in the sidebar. (And get the question outta there.) Can anyone tell me how to do that? Pretty please?
