You have to make your own sidebars now. Personally, I never liked the sidebars anyway because they just took up space. I guess instead of having one extra column that was easy to get rid of, we now have two extra columns that we're stuck with.

For those who use largest text font on your screens to read threads are you getting sea sick scrolling? If so then try adjusting your text size to medium or otherwise you will get the continious wave while scrolling.

Now I see only a lot of useless gimmickry.

For this FReeper in the boonies, who can only get 28k dialup at best, on a good day, this is NOT an improvement.

Slow to load and cluttered once loaded.

Maybe I'm being an old fart about this, but I was quite happy with the way it was two hours ago. It was MUCH faster to load, too; very important if you have limited bandwidth.
