On the fourth day of Pesach, 18 Nisan 5762 (Sunday, 31 March, 2002), The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement will hold their annual Pesach Sacrifice and Pilgrimage to the Temple Mount and will bring the Omer offering (the first barley from the fields of Israel). The offering will be cut from the fields of Israel and will be carried by the pilgrims as an offering to the G-d of Israel exactly as was done in the time of the First and Second Temples according to the Word of G-d in the Torah: "And the L-rd spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the people of Israel, and say to them, When you come to the land which I give to you, and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest; And he shall wave the sheaf before the L-rd, to be accepted for you; on the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. And you shall offer that day when you wave the sheaf a male lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering to the L-rd. And the meal offering of it shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the L-rd for a sweet savour; and the drink offering of it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin. And you shall eat nor bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears, until the same day that you have brought an offering to your G-d; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings." (Leviticus 23:9-14) "You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; nor shall the sacrifice of the Feast of the Passover be left to the morning. The first of the first fruits of your land you shall bring to the house of the L-rd your G-d." (Exodus 34:25,26a) For the second time since the destruction of the Second Temple, the model of the temple will be brought to the Temple Mount by the Faithful Movement. These Pesach events of the Temple Mount Faithful Movement will take place at a very critical time in the land of Israel. Yasser Arafat and his bands of terrorists continue to murder Jews on a daily basis in the streets of Israel in terrorist attacks. They murder only because the victims are Jews and because they believe that in this way they can destroy the land of Israel. As we are writing this (8 Nisan 5762/21 January 2002) a bomb has exploded in the middle of Jerusalem. Details that have been released at this stage is that two Jews were murdered and at least 40 innocent Israeli civilians who were busy with their Pesach preparations were injured. Only yesterday, seven Israelis were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up on a bus. These murderers never cease thirsting for Jewish blood. Todays terrible terror attack illustrates the situation in Israel. On one hand Israel continues the G-dly building for redemption of the people and land of Israel and to prepare for the building of the temple, the house of G-d, and the coming of Mashiach ben David. On the other hand satan and his messengers are intensively busy with their efforts to prevent the redemption of Israel and to fight against the G-d of Israel and His children. They are deluded if they believe that they can succeed in this. As with all the enemies of Israel they will soon be judged by the G-d of Israel and will disappear from the history of the holy land of Israel and all the world. The people of Israel are strong. Together with the G-d of Israel we shall defeat satan and his messengers exactly as has happened over the last 54 years since the foundation of the State of Israel. They will try to destroy us but we shall continue to build the kingdom of G-d in the holy land that He gave to Israel. The pilgrimage to the Temple Mount on Israel's three pilgrim festivals were the most exciting events in the life of the people of Israel when they came to the hill of G-d and to the temple to meet the G-d of Israel and as He said, to see Him and to be seen by Him. During Pesach they brought the Pesach sacrifice from all the corners of the land of Israel and the omer, the first wheat from the fields, as an offering for the G-d of Israel before they started to eat the wheat or the fruits of the ground and the first of their flocks and herds. They did the same at the feasts of Shavuot and Tabernacles when they brought the first fruits of the ground and trees as an offering to G-d to thank Him for the blessings which He had poured out on them in their holy land. When all the people of Israel met on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem during these pilgrimages they felt what G-d commanded them to be, the united nation of the G-d of Israel. It was one of the most unique events to see all the people of Israel walking on the fields of Israel and even from far places, carrying the offerings for G-d with their faces towards Jerusalem, the city that they loved so much, and the temple on the hill which was for them their heart, soul and eternal focus for the one reason: that the G-d of Israel dwelt there. The Pesach sacrifice was, perhaps, the most important and exciting sacrifice throughout the history of Israel. It expressed the deliverance of Israel from Egypt by G-d and the formation of Israel as one nation, the nation of G-d. According to the Word of G-d in the Torah, this sacrifice is to be an eternal sacrifice. It is to be made by every individual or family on the evening of the 14th day of Nisan on the altar in the temple and be eaten in a special gathering and ceremony which is held by families or groups called a Seder. It is to be eaten before midnight on the night of the Seder. It is to be eaten only on the Temple Mount or in Jerusalem. The Pesach Seder is celebrated in Israel until today as well as in all other Jewish communities all over the world. As the temple is still in ruins, each family places a piece of lamb or a chicken on the Seder plate as a memorial of the Pesach sacrifice and in order not to forget that it should soon be renewed in the rebuilt temple. Pesach is celebrated for seven days. The first and last days are days of rest on which no work is allowed to be done. For the full period, nobody is allowed to eat leavened bread (chametz), only matzot exactly as G-d commanded Israel: "And in the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of the L-rd. And in the fifteenth day of this month is the feast; seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten. In the first day shall be a holy gathering; you shall do no manner of labour in it; But you shall offer a sacrifice made by fire for a burnt offering to the L-rd; two young bulls, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year; they shall be to you without blemish; And their meal offering shall be of flour mixed with oil; three tenth measures shall you offer for a bull, and two tenth measures for a ram; A tenth measure shall you offer for every lamb, for the seven lambs. And one goat for a sin offering, to make an atonement for you. You shall offer these beside the burnt offering in the morning, which is for a continual burnt offering. After this ordinance you shall offer daily, throughout the seven days, the food of the sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour to the L-rd; it shall be offered beside the continual burnt offering, and its drink offering. And on the seventh day you shall have a holy gathering; you shall do no labour." (Numbers 28:16-25) The commandment of G-d in the Torah states very clearly: "Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the L-rd your G-d; for in the month of Abib the L-rd your G-d brought you out of Egypt by night. You shall therefore sacrifice the Passover to the L-rd your G-d, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the L-rd shall choose to place his name there. You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shall you eat unleavened bread with it, the bread of affliction; for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste; that you may remember the day when you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life. And there shall be no leavened bread seen with you in all your border seven days; neither shall there any thing of the meat, which you sacrificed the first day at the evening, remain all night until the morning. You may not sacrifice the Passover inside any of your gates, which the L-rd your G-d gives you; But at the place which the L-rd your G-d shall choose to place his name in, there you shall sacrifice the Passover at the evening, at the going down of the sun, in the season when you came out of Egypt. And you shall roast and eat it in the place which the L-rd your G-d shall choose; and you shall turn in the morning, and go to your tents. Six days you shall eat unleavened bread; and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the L-rd your G-d; you shall do no work in it." (Deuteronomy16:1-8) In Jewish tradition, the month of Nisan is called the month of redemption. This tradition holds that Israel was redeemed in Nisan at Pesach and they will again be redeemed in Nisan at Pesach. Every year the Jewish people prayed and expected to be redeemed again in this month. Our prayers follow this month for a complete redemption of Israel, for the rebuilding of the temple and the coming of Mashiach ben David. On this holiday of redemption it will be so powerfully symbolic when we again carry the model of the temple to the Temple Mount together with the architectural plans for the Third Temple. This event will be a message firstly to the G-d of Israel and secondly to the people of Israel that we are ready for the rebuilding of the temple and that this is G-ds timing for this. It will also be a clear message to the Arab enemies of Israel and all the nations who support them that pagan worship can no longer continue on the holy mountain of G-d and that the do not have any ability to prevent the G-d of Israel from redeeming His holy mountain according to His end-time plans. Preparations are being made to perform a Pesach sacrifice on the Temple Mount on 14th Nisan, Wednesday 27th March in accordance with the commandment of the G-d of Israel to His people in the Torah. We hope and pray that the Israeli Authorities will be strong enough and obedient to the Word of G-d and will open the gates of the Temple Mount and allow us to perform the Pesach sacrifice. We hope that the Israeli Authorities will not give in to the pressure of the major world powers and the threats of the enemies of Israel, and that despite the situation in Israel they will trust the G-d of Israel and His promises to stand with Israel against all her enemies and His commandment to Israel not to be afraid of anybody who comes against Israel As we said, on 31 March at 10:00 AM, The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement will march to the Temple Mount for the pilgrimage and to bring the omer as an offering to the G-d of Israel. We shall also pray the holiday prayers and swear faithfulness to the G-d of Israel, to His holy mountain, to Jerusalem and to the land of Israel. Our statement will be that we shall not allow the Temple Mount, the heart of the Israeli nation, to fall again. It will also be a march of sovereignty and loyalty with the blowing of shofars. We shall also demonstrate asking that the barbaric destruction and removal of the holy remains of the First and Second Temples be immediately stopped. On the Temple Mount we shall renew the eternal covenant between G-d, Israel and the promised land. Then we shall march around the walls of the Temple Mount and blow the shofars exactly as Joshua ben Nun did at Jericho in order to bring down the walls of hatred against the G-d and people of Israel. We shall demand of the Israeli Government that the holy gates of the Temple Mount will immediately be opened and with them the way for Mashiach ben David, that they will purify the Temple Mount from the pagan presence and worship, rebuild the temple and fly the flag of the G-d and people of Israel over it. We shall state that we shall never move again from this most holy place of Israel. This important, historic and exciting event will be another important step in the campaign of The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement for the rebuilding of the temple and for the fulfilment of G-d's prophetic end-time plans in the life of this generation. Nobody can prevent this historical G-dly march and soon we shall see the G-dly fulfilment. In G-d and His promises we trust! Everyone in Israel and all over the world is called on to come and participate in this G-dly event. It will be a great privilege and blessing for everyone to have a part in this prophetic, G-dly, end-time event. Everybody is called on to assist and stand together with The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement in her historic, G-dly campaign and struggle to bring the G-d of Israel and His holy values to the centre of the life of Israel and all mankind in His rebuilt house. We wish everyone Hag Sameach and a holiday of redemption and G-d's blessings upon Israel and all her wonderful friends all over the world and on all mankind.

Perhaps Arik will join in the festivities and provide another 3000 IDF security forces?
'Public opinion has swayed against U.S. support of the creation of a Palestinian state, though, with 44 percent opposed to the idea, while 39 percent say the U.S. should favor its creation.
Nearly half of those polled (49 percent) blame the Palestinians for the recent violence, with only 12 percent holding the Israelis responsible, and nearly a quarter assigning equal blame to both sides (23 percent). And 70 percent of Americans now see Arafat as an obstacle to peace (up from an already sizable 63 percent in December)....a clear majority (53 percent) continue to disagree that the U.S. should reduce ties to Israel in order to lessen acts of terrorism against us (versus 31 percent who agree').
In addition, Cheney will not be meeting with Arafat. That's the latest real news on the Middle East. :))
No.
. . .but I have been outside hugging trees!
In short, imagine the Jewish people as a kind of transgenerational, transnational "movement," committed for seven generations, from one generation to the next and beyond, to transmit the wisdom and the practice that can heal the earth. And imagine this movement/people as one direct expression of God's need at this moment to unfold in the mode of deeper community: deeper Love and deeper Being.
indeed, a much more positive message than Armageddon . . .
Why is this BREAKING NEWS unless Messiah is here?
You think Arthur Waskow is the Messiah? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
May God cause it all to be fulfilled THIS YEAR IN JERUSALEM!
No. But I DO think that tikun olam does not mean the destruction of Mosques in G_od's name.
Process, Alouette. Process.
BREAKING - in process . . .
Go on, please tell more of your vision of peace.
Just remember the immortal words of the founder of "peace now" before he died from an Arab sniper's bullet in Isreal...
I was shot by who?
I really think that Sunday, 31 March, 2002 will be bloody and further "proof" that pals hate Jews and just want to kill Jews "for no reason whatsoever"
Again, the path to Eretz Ysrael is, "Kick the dog until he bites then kill th' rabid sonofabitch".
The pools of poison deepen daily
Why is this BREAKING NEWS unless Messiah is here?
>>>On the fourth day of Pesach, 18 Nisan 5762 (Sunday, 31 March, 2002), The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement will hold their annual Pesach Sacrifice and Pilgrimage to the Temple Mount<<<
Oy vey, it's on Easter.
Hebrews 10:12-13 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
And you think that absorbing it all and turning the other cheek will help?
How many Jews have to die for your plan to work?
It's not MY plan.
"Kick the dog until he bites then kill th' rabid sonofabitch", seems to be THE plan.
