Well, I just heard on TV that the "sex with the dogs" issue was not let in to the trial and the jury didn't hear about it.

So someone on TV actually mentioned it. That's more than I've heard. So far it has just been internet rumor which is just about worthless. When BrokeJaw mentions it in front of a few million people then it will be a real rumor.
