IRAQS number two Ezzat Ibrahim will visit Qatar today, close on the heels of US Vice President Dick Cheney, to discuss US threats to attack his country, a diplomatic source said in Doha yesterday.
The US has threatened to take military action against Iraq unless UN arms inspectors, pulled out on the eve of a December 1998 US-British bombing blitz, are allowed back in to check that Baghdad no longer has weapons of mass destruction. - AFP
