Hispanic will take over the south west in the following order...

1) New Mexico

2) California

3) Texas

4) AZ

First Hispanic Gov will be in NEW MExico in 2003....Bill Richardson is half hispanic, then California, follwed by TX and AZ, and then the 4 states will join Mexico........ lol....or maybe not...............

You're two-thirds right: The first Hispanic governor in the US will named Sanchez, but it will be in NM, not Texas. Check the link that I just posted.
