The San Juan School District in Sacramento, California cancelled a field trip for three schools in the district to see Vice President Cheney, because one parent (who works for Gov Gray Davis) objected. They claimed it was partisan, even though the same school district allowed students to meet Vice President Gore in a fund raiser for a person (Garimendi) running for some office in California in 1998.

The lawsuit is of particular importance in California, where state legislators in 2000 passed a law mandating that public schools there address homosexuality. The California Student Safety and Violence Prevention Act required educators to revise state curriculum in such a way that students would be able to acknowledge homosexual, lesbian, transgender and bisexual historical figures and events. Secular humanism at its finest. (Who said you can't have religion in the schools?)

When the parents asked school officials why the school district had not complied with their opt-out requests, school officials said many of the forms were "missing," according to court documents. Uh huh..."missing." Like many legal documents at Enron and Arthur Andersen turned up "missing."
That shouldn't stand up in court. It may, if the wrong judge is hearing it.

I am pretty damned sure I saw this Pavia person on the news a couple of days ago saying that parents can take their kids out of public school and "practice racism" and other things at home or in a private school. I blew a gasket. This lawyer is right to label her a Nazi and a Stalinist because she is basically forcing people to bow down to the state.

Did she mention the option to opt out of Public School Taxes for an institution that has become to filthy for children to attend? Didn't think so.

The public school class of 2012 (if the homo activists have their way!!)

Novato community suffered two hate-motivated incidents in 1998, one in which a racial comment was directed at a student during a sports event.
Someone was called a name??? That's a hate incident!!!! Geeezzzz, what a bunch of wuss's. Perhaps they would prefer sticks and stones.

Did you call KSFO about the San Juan situation this morning? I was surprised how dismissive Lee Rodgers was of the outrage.

And the moral of the story is: Get your kids OUT of public school before it's too late...

The presentations exposed children between second and sixth grades to skits containing homosexual and lesbian themes. It would be inappropriate to expose children of this age to skits containing heterosexual themes!

If you want to read the plan then just browse my site.
Homosexuals are not normal and they are not 10% of the population.
