Just a curiosity, how many young FReepers are out there? It truly is a rarity to see a young, intelligent conservative. I myself am a convert, I'm a recovering Lib. So speak up!! Male or Female, it matters not.
If there are quite a few in the Houston, TX area, I was thinking of maybe a meeting up of sorts. I think it would be wonderful to band togather in supporting our country!!
Thanks,
PV

I'm 25. I suggest getting involved in local government. That's how I found lots of conservatives... young and old. The Republican Party is growing by leaps and bounds, especially with G W in office. We would love to have another young active person involved in things. What State do you live in?

Alabama's just as humid, no?
I spent the better (or is it worse?) end of the summer here, and I certainly am enjoying the "winter" here. Took my doggy for a walk this morning, and didn't need gloves, scarf, hat, etc...
you can't beat that! I'm used to it staying pretty darn cold until the later half of March

I'm 43, but believe that although we grow older every year, it's never to late to act immature.
I've been to Houston a couple times, and if the meeting is at Ruggle's Grill, count me in.
I'll bring fake ID if needed.

18 but nowhere near Texas, I fear. Ah well; finding FR was so great. I might even get out of college without losing my sanity!

My son is a registered Freeper and is 11(he registered when he was 10).
He also attended a Freep meeting last autumn. So, there are some pretty young conservatives growing out there!

I'm glad you asked this question, I was wondering myself.... I'm only 16 and I know I'm definitely one of the youngest members...

Ooops, forgot to add that he went to a Bush rally in November 2000, a few days before the election.
What a thrill that was for us. He actually stayed up election night and prayed for George W Bush!

I'm only 35 and a half, but I'll be 36 in a few months!
(It always cracks me up how my kids give their ages!)
