ABC radio analysis said it was a partisan speech and then switched to an analysis of how Enron will continue to dog his presidency and how the American people believe he has something to hide. Now talking about how the "edge" was off the response by the Democrats, how the speech didn't energize the entire audience (duh!). Now going on to the deficit.

Notice also Bush's condemnation of Iran, while 4 months ago Bush made conciliatory statements toward Iran. Since then Iran made a decisive choice for terror. That was the most noteworthy statement in his speech.
