The crux of this case was that the court affirmed the lower court's opinion that the BATF violated the plaintiff's constitutional rights for redress.

In a nutshell, the Clinton administration, with the collusion of the 1992-1994 DemoRAT-controlled Congress, conspired to deny Constitutional rights MERELEY BY PURPOSEFULLY FAILING TO AUTHORIZE THE PROPER BATF FUNDING FOR SUCH APPEALS. Neat, wasn't it? The damn VPC had a hand in this as well.

So Mr. Bean becomes a convicted felon in Mexico; he subsequently loses his Constitutional RKBA; he is denied redress not because the law won't allow it, but because the Clinton-era 92-94 demoRAT Congress, with the help of the Brady Bunch at the VPC, has convinced our elected morons to purposefully NOT allow any funding for the BATF to investigate and act on grievances such as Bean's. So it takes him over 6 years fighting in the court system to get the damn BATF to do its Congressionally-mandated, but unfunded job! Back-door gun control by socialists.

Isn't this, in itself, a felony? Huh?

Interesting post, .45. I am a keen supporter of the 2nd. Amendment. This type of cynical corruption of law is an historically typical tactic of the left.

It disappoints me that other endeavors, not involving firearms, don't wake up and smell the coffee when it comes to the relationship of their cherished rights and the rights of others.
