Interesting post, .45. I am a keen supporter of the 2nd. Amendment. This type of cynical corruption of law is an historically typical tactic of the left.

It disappoints me that other endeavors, not involving firearms, don't wake up and smell the coffee when it comes to the relationship of their cherished rights and the rights of others.

This demonstrates that Congress can and does violate the laws which they themselves passed in order to deny the RKBA. This is sneaky, underhanded, and should be made criminal. Of course, the rotten elected clowns cannot be held legally liable for this crap. Once the courts become totally corrupt, legal recourse will become impossible.
