Two years ago, our scumbag RINO governor gave that SOB over $1 BILLION dollars in "humanitarian" aid (thanks to Illinois taxpayers footing the bill), despite the fact Illinois was facing a million dollar shortfall.

Even with a looming emergency budget-cut session, our RINO governor STILL plans to make a return trip to visit his "buddy" Castro. RINOs Arlen Specter and Lincoln Chafee even plan to follow suit.
