Dinkins enforced the drug laws of the state. All government types, from Dinkins to Guiliani to Clinton to Bush, agree on those laws. It enables them to keep taking and spending my money, while they wipe away more of the constitution that used to restrain them from injecting themselves into my life

A grandiose statement, but you never answered the question. Would you rather live in Dinkins NYC or Guiliani NYC.

Between those two, Guiliani easily.

I told you that I support laws that prevent people from impinging on the rights of others. Dinkins did not.

I mistakenly assumed you could make the rather tiny intellectual leap from there.

I have read recent articles on Free Republic detailing the daily life of a 'pot delivery' bike messenger in NYC. This practice is widespread and common in Guiliani's NYC, so I don't see what relevance Guiliani/Dinkins has to the mj issue. I can't believe that people think society is safer when non-violent granny is in jail taking up a space that could be keeping a violent criminal off the streets.
