Even if they were the "dirty" bombs of the 50's, the fallout would only be severe for the first two weeks and hardly noticeable at the end of 14 weeks. Take it out politically? There is no way 11 warheads could take out 25% of the Canadian population. Yet another study by the fear mongering MAD adherants. Their goal is not to prevent the Western civilized nations from getting nuked. Their goal is to prevent Western nations from ever using nukes on anyone else. So long as we are "afraid" of "the end of the world" in the event that we ever use any nukes again, then we never will think about it. MAD is being used against us, to tie our hands and to keep the US from engaging in any great powers conflicts.
