Can we or can we not roll up in a huge truck and use hydraulics to force a .5" steel blade 8' into the ground?

Here's the thing as I see it ... I'll be the first libertarian to admit that it probably is just a pipe dream (no pun intended) that drugs will be legalized in the near future. But until (and if) they are I would like to see other ways to arrest / catch "druggies" other than using ninja cops and inflicting the rising amount of "collateral damage" done by them that most of us (hopefully) out here abhor. So I believe that jhoffa_ started this thread to solicit ideas that can address the problem. Suggestions please ... I'll put my ideas out as soon as my boss walks away ....

Of course, not everyone here believes in 'rights'. Take Dane, for instance. Please.
Hey, this thread is all about Right's and personal freedom..
That's the point.. There are alternatives.. We have the technology.
It's about your family not being threatned needlessly.

Does it come with a hand crank .... does it detect contrails ????

So I believe that jhoffa_ started this thread to solicit ideas that can address the problem. Maybe so -- but his chosen method is guaranteed moose-and-cheese bait.
Note this one thing, BTW: the problem he's addressing is not at all widespread. It's bad when the raids go wrong, but by far most of them do not.
Perhaps a better approach would be to tighten the requirements for approving a no-knock raid; to impose meaningful penalties when an approved raid goes wrong; requiring full access to the materials used in making the raid request; and requiring a written explanation of the judge's reasons for granting same.
Not a fool-proof approach, certainly, but it's certainly easier to implement and enforce.

I tend to agree with you ... I would like to see a no bust in door policy for small time dealers anyway ... I keep saying we can get them in safer and easier ways ... like undercover buys. So what if it takes a week or 2 longer? Is it not worth the life of one "wrong house" bust victim???

I agree.. totally..
requiring full access to the materials used in making the raid request;
Wrong.. organized crime get's a "heads up"
and requiring a written explanation of the judge's reasons for granting same.
Maybe.. As long as it doesn't give anyone a head start..
Remember, under the current.. BATTERING RAM system.. It's supposed to be a "Midnight Suprise"

One alternative might be....
TO LEAVE CITIZENS IN PEACE IN THEIR OWN HOMES!!!!!
Or is that too kooky?
To: Jhoffa_
Son, check the closet for pods.. NOW! I did and saw a pod, and shrugged. I went to sleep and a voice who called himself Harry Browne stated to me the idea of an individual property sewage/water/gas plant. He said that was the way to freedom and that 9/11 was America's fault and to donate to Lew Rockwell. :^)

Well I agree with that ... but this thread is meant to address the subject until we can force the concept of liberty and freedom down Danes throat whether he likes it or not !!!!!

Would that be anything like forcing a .5" steel blade 8' into the ground?
To: Jhoffa_
Do a search for a geoprobe. Very cool geo instrument.

You did not state the composition of the ground. It would not be possible in the slick rock country of Arizona. It would be simple in the Everglades.
It would also depend on the weight of the truck compared with the insertion force.
There are too many unstated variables for a simple answer.

Okay. I sobered up and now I want to kick the cr*p out of any bootlicking dog statists who think they can hassle me!
Are you feeling lucky, punk?
Ouch! I'm a mean drunk! LOL!
You might want to check the old German files for references on how to economize and rationalize such necessary state activities.
For every problem, there must be a solution...a final solution!
MAROON!
