Had Keyes not stayed in to fight all the way to the adoption of the party platform, the entire thing would have been changed--including the rights of the unborn. If for no other reason, Dr. Keyes should be commended for that....unless of course, a person believes it is ok to kill the unborn.
The only reason you won't be convinced about the Mrs. Bush thing is because you have a mindset that won't accept anything less than adoration like so many of the supporters of the Bushes give.
And as to Billy Kristol.....the story of Kristol and Keyes has been provided you several times....why not send Keyes an e-mail via his webpage and get a response from his own lips--it's obvious to this person you prefer not an answer but something to dangle out there in front of everybody to bitch about. Wasn't Kristol's Dad a little 'pink'? Aren't they 'neo-cons'....whatever they are, they are certainly not on the same wave length as Dr. Keyes, no way, no shape, no form.
What causes you to think that Keyes and Kristol "hang out' together? It surely can't be due to them having been seen together once or twice! If that is what establishes what you are, then President Bush has to be the most liberal politican next to Teddy the Swimmer--after all, they've been to the theater with each other!
They were roommates at Harvard College actually. Did you know that? So I assume they have seen each other more than once or twice. Do they have much in common politically? Well, er, no. They might both diss Bush from time to time, but for very different reasons usually.
Ooops.......I hope your other facts are more accurate than that one!
The platform was all settled BEFORE the convention -- it was adopted AT the convention, the end of July.
So what's your excuse for Keyes not coming out for Bush until the end of October NOW?
