Dear rintense,
Thank you for creating that tribute and setting up a flag list. It got me mushed up all over again. Mercy, how can one see the pictures and hear the music without remembering it all as if it were yesterday? The story needs to be told and told again. We must not forget, and efforts such as this help toward that end.

Oh boy, Oh boy!! I can't wait for that one!! The Heroes tribute was lovely, rintense. One of my very favorite pictures is the one of the little girl on her father's shoulders waving the flag. Someone enlarged that one and made a billboard of it on I-290 through Worcester. I love driving by and seeing it!

I had never seen the picture of the firefighter moving up the stairs before. When I saw that, the look on his face, knowing what he faced..........

The saddest part of that one is that WE know what happened to him. But I hope it is a comfort for his family to see that he was resolute and almost peaceful going toward what would be his death, though obviously he didn't know that at the time. He was there to do his job and he was doing it willingly.

Yes I'm keeping in touch with my military guys. I have two that thanks to TonkinGulfYatchClub I e-mail often and they reply. They sure sound appreicative as I appreciate and honor them with my heart and soul. God bless our military and keep them safe!
