Last night I had the pleasure of seeing the Rockettes Christmas show. It was wonderful but even more so with the final scene.
If anyone has a chance to see this show, don't miss it it's wonderful
Why is it OK to acknowledge gay/lesbian day and any other inane holiday but Christ is off limits? What about Kwanza?
I really think the liberal thought police are afraid of people of faith. Why is that?
I guess such people are just so afraid of the Truth ..... of having to admit to their sins and realize how wrong they are. Also, I wonder if they don't want to relinquish control of their lives to Anyone else.
I really don't know ..... I can't imagine their mindset ..... I just know it's really warped!
1) Liberals want you to turn to, depend upon, look for guidance from, and indeed even "worship" The State. A government that, in turn, is controlled by "the anointed". You do the math from there. (Why do you think communist countries outlaw Divinely inspired worship, in any form?)
2)Not to put too nice spin on it but the main creedo of religions-- of whatever sect-- is morality and a code of conduct. A prouncement of what is right and what is wrong. Things are forbidden-- certain foods, certain manner of dress, certain actions, etc.. Things are required: certain foods, certain manner of dress, certain actions, etc.. There's no 'touchie-feelie" about it and this must drive a liberal crazy!
> They actually honored and acknowledged the birth of Christ as being part of Christmas. The final scene was a lovely story of the Nativity and the impact that Christ had on the world. Blew me away, in this pc world we live in. Good for them
