QUOTE OF THE DAY: And while we celebrate peace and lightness, I fully understand in order to make sure peace and lightness exists in the future, we must bring him to justice. And we will.

Hi Rintense, This is a big bump and I wish you could have a counter to show the # of views. I think it would be in the thousands although we don't always reply. Please know how much we appreciate your time and effort. Karen (Dagny)

C-Span has time for THREE showings of Washington Journal, but almost no time to show the President of the United States. They are so afraid that the American people will see how wonderful he is...as we are delightfully reminded. Thank you, rintense.

Great Pictures, rintense.
Did you all see the article on Drudge about Senator "Disappointed" Daschle? Well, I decided it would be a good opportunity for me to write him and express my views about HIM. So, here is my letter. You should all go to senate.gov and send him a little note. He is obstructing Bush's agenda BIG TIME.
Senator Daschle,
I am very disappointed that you are the Senate Majority leader. I'm disappointed that you are obstructionist and keeping Bush's appointees from seeing their vote come up. I'm disappointed that you are going against this very loved president. I am disappointed that you are holding up the Stimulus Package that Bush wants. I am disappointed that you are holding up Drilling in ANWR. I am disappointed that you are holding up all kinds of other legislation, and when you run for office next, I hope you will be disappointed with the results. If you know what is good for you politically, you will act like you care about the country and pass the Stimulus Package Bush wants, pass Energy, Education, let the votes for judges come to the floor ( Scalia, et al.), and stop acting like such a big disappointed baby.

My first post on FR! I especially wanted to register (after lurking for months) to say Thanks! for posting these wonderful pics every day. I watched Laura reading to the kids today and it just brought tears to my eyes. She really is such a blessing for this country, as is her husband.

Can y'all imagine the relief and joy the President gets from reading to children.....like escaping our world for awhile - must be at least moments of great relaxation and fun, amid the seriousness of our present situation(s).
To: rintense
thank you, rintense. Just love seeing our President and First Lady with kids - they obviously genuinely love and enjoy them, not like their predecessors who only used "the chillern" for photo ops.

I don't know if anyone posted this. It is part of the campaign for season tickets for the new Houston NFL team which is to start playing next season. Shows what a great sense of humor runs in that family.
