"You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow." Lauren Bacall to Humphrey Bogart, To Have and Have Not, 1949 That's my favorite one too!
I also like this one.
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

"Uh-uh. I know what you're thinking: 'Did he fire six shots or only five?'. Well, to tell ya the truth, in all the excitement I lost count. But bein' as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun on earth, and will blow your head clean off, you just gotta ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?'. Well, do ya, punk?"

"Mary, I need You" Gregory Peck to Greer Garson in Valley of Decision

No, it's: "Badges? We don't need no stinking badges."

Here's my contribution. A couple from Inspector Callahan: "I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?" "Well, when an adult male is chasing a female with intent to commit rape, I shoot the bastard. That's my policy." So far, you are in first place. Maybe it's just because of 11 Sep 2001, maybe not.
