Larry ought to sue God while he is at it. It ought to be good for another press cycle, anyway.

He is probability suing for OBL's and Iraq's frozen assets. He is not the first lawyer to file a suit like this.

In a related story Larry is suing Microsoft for false advertising. It appears that one of his lawyers thought he could fly after loading Windows XP.

Something tells me this one isn't even going to make it to the discovery stage. (Try to picture Saddam sitting for a deposition by Larry Klayman - naaaaah!)

Go Dub Go said: "Larry Klayman apparently knows more than the administration about Iraq's involvement in the 9/11 attacks. Just this past weekend on the Sunday talk shows, adminstration officials were saying there was not evidence Iraq was involved. All we know is that Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence agent, which is not evidence of anything."

O.J. Simpson was found to be responsible for his wife's death in a civil trial even though he was not found guilty in the criminal trial. The degree of proof required is very much less in civil court. Klayman may someday present a court order to the US Navy authorizing him to take possession of an Iraqi oil tanker as damages in the suit.

Well... it could happen.

I think that the court should order that Klayman take Saddam Hussein's deposition in Hussein's Baghdad office. I understand that Saddam doesn't even feel the need to bring a lawyer with him to his depositions.

I was just sure this was a humor posting. Apparently however it isn't. Larry Klayman's world, and the world of the circus, have now totally merged and become co-extensive.

I say nothing at all.

From the looks of the other posts, you don't have to.

Apparently it's not just "us."
