And remember Mud, though its rarely talked about on these threads because politics rather than business is more at issue here, the SEC has tremendous power and is not influenced by politics. It cannot be. Wall Street and its money will not let them be.
And where financial fraud comes into play, for any publicly traded company, the SEC has the power to freeze a company(ies) until every suspect transaction is FULLY revealed. They can and do act independently and have the full power in their own authority to throw people in jail. Their proceedings are also open to the public record. Because they are the authority and power behind the stock markets, cover-up is not tolerated because if it were, the investing public would lose confidence. Not just the "yous and mes" with our 401K's but the JP Morgans, Fidelities, Cap Guardians and others who manage the billions of dollars traded every day.
If all else fails, the SEC is an "ace in the hole" that will make the Royal Flush. Trust me on this one; it's where my expertise lies.

I don't know about you but I've heard a number of callers, both locally and nationally who, since 9-11, have tuned in to talk radio for the very first time and are duly addicted (LOL!!) and have had their eyes opened....maybe these "newbies" will help in the Jihad fer Justice!!

This will require phone calls to Congressional representatives, the Department of Justice and Talk Radio, plus a mass e-mail campaign to talk-show hosts, Congress, and the Vast, LeftWing Medyuh Whore'd, plus a few special touches that will be revealed in the upcoming days and weeks!!

One thing we often loose site of is the fact that many, many people have never heard of many conservative or libertarian concepts before- you sure won't find many on network TV, and that is what most folks pay attention to. If they don't see it on TV for about 2 weeks running, it isn't important. If the "celeb heads" they admire don't chatter about it day and night, it isn't "an issue" for them.

I've seen it work too many times in my own personal experiences to believe otherwise.
I've been FReepin' Der SchleekMeister in one medium or another for over six years now, and--in making an issue out of Clinton's Corruption on a day-to-day basis--I was often responded to quite rudely by many I had considered friends. Still, over time, I kept at it and even got to where I carried around a large briefcase full of written documentation so I could PROVE the validity of what I was charging when folks thought to challenge the veracity of my allegations. Sure, I lost a couple of my most Lib'ral friends with this in-yer-face attitude, but I've made many more friends to take their place and I shan't shed a tear for the Lost Companionship of the Willfully-Ignorant...LOL!!
But my point is, the people within my circle of friends, family, co-workers, and business associates now all realize how twisted the Medyuh is in its Bias because I show them written evidence of would-be/should-be Major News Stories regarding Clinton's Corruption and they turn around and watch the News and don't see a word about it...AND IT PISSES THEM OFF TO NO END!!

I refuse to give up hope. I also believe that ultimately, little by little, the clinton corruption will be exposed enough that the general public will no longer be able to ignore it. I think the clintons are after more power and we have to do anything we can to prevent that from happening.
We will likely all be long gone when and if this "exposure" occurs.

As usual, you are wrong. You don't have the FACTS. I spent the holidays with my and my wife's family. Bet I ate more turkey and fixen's than you!
But can I help it if I keep getting a nagging suspicion that you aren't what you claim? You don't believe Ron Brown was murdered. You think those of us who do or that Vince Foster didn't die as the government claimed give the GOP a "bad name". You don't seem to believe Linda Tripp. You don't think ANY of Klayman's cases ever had merit. In fact, you recently indicated that you didn't even think there was anything to Chinagate, Filegate, Emailgate (or I suppose the rest of the "gates"). You sure don't sound like a conservative to me.
You wouldn't happen to have come up with a better reason for not believing Brown was murdered than that lame reason you gave the last time we talked. You remember ... when you challenged me to prove (and I did) that families of the Brown victims received up to 14 Million dollars EACH? You latched on to the PRESS STATEMENT of the DEMOCRAT (Sheilla Jackson Lee) who cited the 14 Million figure and her recittal of the conclusions from the Brown crash Accident Investigation report.
But why couldn't you answer any of the questions I asked about that report, Howlin? As I said, the Accident Board is supposed to produce a report that can be used in any legal proceedings that might follow a crash. If that's the case, why do you suppose the report makes NO MENTION of the pathologist statements AT THE EXAMINATION that Brown appeared to have a bullet wound in his head? Don't you think a lawyer in any post crash suits might want to know such information? Why do you suppose the report makes no mention of the fact that pathologists AT THE EXAMINATION were calling for an autopsy because they suspected a bullet wound ... but were denied one (as it turns out) on orders from the WHITEHOUSE and JCS? Wouldn't family lawyers want to know that sort of information? Why doesn't this report even MENTION that x-rays suggested a lead snowstorm in Brown's head? Why does it describe the wound in a manner that both photos and eyewitness testimony CLEARLY dispute? Does it even mention the missing beacon at the airport, Howlin? Does it mention that the maintenance officer in charge of that beacon died within a few days of the crash, before he could be interviewed and in a rather unusual "suicide"? Does it mention that both the AWACS and airport lost contact with the plane's transponder when it was still 8 miles from the crash site? It doesn't mention a lot of the FACTS in the case, DOES IT?
I'll ask you again. Do you know that the families of the victims ... even Brown's family ... didn't know about ANY of these FACTS until YEARS after the crash, when some of the military people at AFIP went public and Ruddy published their statements? Howlin, how do you explain the LIES by the management at AFIP about the crash evidence and the opinions of their own expert pathologists? You can't ... so you RUN. How do you explain the FACT that regulations prohibit cabinet officers and (I suppose) First "Ladies" from flying on airplanes without black boxes ... yet the plane that crashed, ACCORDING TO THE ADMINISTRATION, had no black boxes even though it not only carried Brown but the Secretary of Defense and Hillary just weeks before the crash? How do you explain the AFIP cremating the one admitted survivors body BEFORE family members were even notified of the death (another violation of regulations)? How do you explain the OFFICIAL government timeline that indicates there were TWO survivors? How do you explain Abe Sockowitz (friend of John Huang, Chinese SPY) being at the crash site in time to be the one who FIRST reported the second survivor when he (we found out years later) just HAPPENED to miss the ill-fated flight? No, Howlin ... neither you or any of the rest of you have answers to these questions. You RUN from them, just like democRATS ALWAYS do when confronted by facts that they can't spin or that threaten their party.
BTW, did you ever contact Sheila Jackson Lee's office ... or was that just MORE hot air?
How right you are! Like ... why do you seem so friendly with someone who expouses the beliefs that Howlin does. Now in the past you've tried to intimate that you think Brown was murdered but when I tried to pin you down ... yes or no ... you also wiggle away. Wonder why?
You seem to think that we're all "discussing" this with you; we're not; we're only pointing out what a dishonest poster you are.
