Movie "Star" Julia Roberts is a Shallow, Ignorant, Arrogant (Vanity)
Right Now!

Did anyone see this left-wing piece of crap on "The Late Show" tonight? I just finished seeing it and I am fuming mad.
Letterman tried to enlighten the dumb broad that the ORIGINAL "Ocean's 11" had a (real) all star cast and Roberts flippantly remarked she'd only seen a few bits of it, saying more or less she was not impressed.
Dave then tries to tell her that the Rat Pack did this movie in their heyday while ruling Las Vegas and tried to communicate to her what made the whole movie great, and she sits there STILL completely unimpressed.
I've never liked this dumb piece of trash, but she's now proven beyond a doubt she lacks all respect for her industry's history, and has no class or humility.
Go to hell, Julia. And take your "megastar" pals Pitt, Damon and Clooney with you.

Sorry, but the original is pretty awful. It's sole value is as a time capsule to see the Rat Pack at their peak. Most of the cast was too busy partying to turn in decent performances, with Sinatra bullying the director. Wasn't their daily schedule something like three hours--the narrow window between getting up at noon and cocktail hour? I've got high hopes for the remake. Soderburgh is turning into one of the most consistently interesting directors in Hollywood.

LOL At least I have role models like Malkovich, Bruce Willis, Charlie Heston and James Woods, huh? You forgot an old-school actor on your list... Ronald Reagan=)

That's is the way I feel, I would rather read the phone book after she called me nasty names rather than watch one of her dumb movies.

I can't get excited about her remarks on some movie.
Her disgusting comments about the Republican party is reason enough not to watch any of her movies.

Julia Roberts is only pretending to never have seen the original movie. She's a phony. Just like when big-time Hollywood actors/actresses go on the Tonight Show, or Letterman, and pretend they don't know which film clip from their movie will be shown. As if they're too important to be bothered or too modest to care.

Oh of course. The omission is merely my wish to list current actors that popped into my head(Malkovich may not be a right-winger, but he's not one of the normal H-wood clique of idiots) Heston still gets a role or two:)

IMHO, she is pretty homely. Her beauty escapes me.

Heston invested well and only works when he finds something he hasn't done before.

I read somewhere (don't remember where exactly) a few months ago that some Hollywood type is planning a sequel to "Plan 9 From Outer Space". Somebody's really hard up for ideas.

1: The original Ocean's was about as idiotic as movies come. Cringe-inducing. Thank you.

I've never understood the fascination and attraction of this bimbo. She isn't pretty and from the few movies I've seen her in I don't see any talent.
My wife was a big fan of hers but after hearing her rants about our President and the mean spirited nature this witch has toward him, she won't pay to see any movies she makes.

IMHO, she is pretty homely. Her beauty escapes me. I second that. She's kind of goofy.

The Framers made one big mistake back in 1776 . . . Not everyone should have the right of Free Speech, most notably actors and actressess.
Actors and actressess have a disproportionate influence over the public mind and yet, for the most part, are ingorant, airheaded, low-IQ, high school dropouts who cannot possibly add anything of value to our national public discourse.
Sheesh! Why would ANYONE in their right mind want morons influencing the public's view of important social issues????
REPEAL THE FIRST AMENDMENT for no-talent, overpaid airheads!!!!

He is 77 years old, and has been married 57 years....he has a right to look tired.lol

She's famous because she looks good on screen. Period. Your reaction shows you pay too much attention to "star" quotes.
I've always found her a bit "scrawny and mousey". She can't act her way out of a paper bag. Every one of her roles ends up being exactly the same character.
