[history]
AMBRIDGE - Former president Bill Clinton yesterday blamed himself for not building stronger ties with the Muslim world during the 1990s, and criticized his administration and that of his predecessor, George H. W. Bush, for abandoning Afghanistan after the Soviet occupation of that country ended in 1989.

America can exert influence, he said, by admitting its own faults and making clear that the West does not pose a threat to the Islamic faith or to the economic well-being of Muslims.
Why do the liberals always fall back on moral equivalency. Yes, Muslims blew up a few planes and buildings, but, hey, we're just as bad, according to Slick Willie. If we would just tell them that, we could all be happy. This guy is beyond being a jerk, he is dangerous.

What gets me the most is Clinton's lame excuse that
He didn't have the support of the American people to fight terrorism. Bull $hit! The President of the United States can build any kind of support he needs. He sure worked 'round the clock to build support to save his miserable @$$!

He may be a lot of things, but he isn't a stupid man. He has the political instincts of a shark in bloodied waters, and he has got to know he's committing political suicide with these bizarre speeches. Unless his intended audience isn't Americans...U.N.?
To: sarcasm
Let's see...he blames GWHB and the Republican Congress...oh, and also himself (he should have fought harder against the Congress).
Then there's the pro socialism/communism blame(the West lives in excess)
What a piece of crap is x42!
To: IceGirl2
Well said! I just don't understand it. He may have taken the Democrat party down, but people still support him. It's either that they are stupid or it's something evil like the dark side of the force. Going after college students looks like the latter. Guess he'll never change. Whom ever is in charge of enforcing kharmic laws must be having fun deciding on Clinton's fate.

bill clinton is a stinking lump of excrement from the lowest form of life on earth. He resides in a dank, fetid sewer of human filth and degradation, wallowing in the putrescent muck and bodily waste of other low forms of life. Yeah, but how do you REALLY feel? {;^)

Enough! I'm getting ill! Put a sock in it!Easy there, philman! For the sake of history, let him keep on digging his own "legacy grave" with his
stupid rants. Even his liberal pals are starting to notice the stink, and are distancing themselves, lest they get
more of his poo-poo on them.
Remember, the only thing a chronic liar and whiner can do is to lie and whine.

Another rant from a raving syphilitic .

You do have a point.
I couldn't finish the article and there are some real "winners" in there!

Did anyone hear Dick Morris on Hannity the other day? He pointed out that Clinton was so distracted by impeachment and his other legal difficulties that he did not have time to deal with terrorism. In other words:
The VRWC is to blame for 9-11!!
To: sarcasm
". . . But the world's rich cannot be led by people who play to our shortsighted selfishness, and pretend that we can forever claim for ourselves what we do not for others.''I'll say it again--he needs to take his own advice. GO AWAY BILL CLINTON, TRAITOROUS SCUM!!!
To: sarcasm
Yes Bill everyone needs to change, you by telling the truth about all the corrupt things you did in office. The guy obviously doesn't know the phrase "exit stage left".

Going after college students looks like the latter.
The only people in America who will listen to him are the college kids. The adults refuse to have him. These kids are young enough to be impressed by someone like Clinton. They grew up with Clinton in charge, with his media and with his morals. Most of them don't know anything else.
Clinton is also an enabler for anything they do that might be perceived as immoral. They don't have sex but are consumed by it, only they don't call it such. He is right when he says there is plenty of blame to go around, but it isn't us that is to blame; it is himself and all his sycophants that absorb his words as gospel. For eight years he hampered liberals from thinking for themselves, or in the least, standing up for themselves. It was always about him and his wife. All those people gave up so much of themselves to ensure the Clintons stayed in power. Amazing!
