Rumsfeld showed these pictures this a.m. on Fox News on some plane going somewhere.
And while we're talking about that, it was curious that while Rumsfeld was giving the interview in the air, you could see the pilot. Is it normal for gov officials to fly with the cockpit door open? With reporters on board?

That's so the reporters can see who is going to throw them out the door without a parachute if they misbehave.

#9 Are you talking about the two in the rear of a chopper, with rifles? They were flying low and waiting to fire back, if fired upon.

Rumsfeld showed these pictures this a.m. on Fox News on some plane going somewhere.A reporter asked Rumsfeld what he thought when he saw the special forces on horseback. Rumsfeld replied, "I think I see some very special young people." YOu could hear the love and admiration in his voice.
I just love Reumsfeld interviews and press briefings. He's just as honest and straightforward as Bush and Cheney. Tells it like it is. what a breath of fresh air!
