Most damage caused by flooding. Tornado sightings are not unusual in Central Texas...no reports of touchdowns.

Tornadoes have been reported on the ground. Several touch downs this afternoon. At least 1 injured. Here is the list so far

So far all we know of is a couple of overturned 18 wheelers...trees down...some minor damages to businesses. No reports of injuries at this time. My office is located about 9 miles north of downtown...and it's nasty here. They've moved us to the lowest floors. Supposedly the tornadic activity has cleared up, but we remain under a warning. Lots of flooding in the area. More later.

The home of one of our Hays county Representatives has flood water. He was our guest speaker tonight but meeting has been cancelled.

I live downtown Austin. It is almost pitch black right now and waiting for the second series of dangerous storm cells to hit.

More than 6,000 dead in New York and the Clintons are having themselves a blast, one fund raiser after another. I wonder who are the people attending these parties, surely New Yorkers wouldn't attended a party at this time and with the very people that made the attacks possible.
