Do you defend the Constitution? If the police pull you over, do you want to know why? Have you ever "hacked"? Are you alone? Well, guess what Freepers - if you can answer "Yes" to any of these questions (and a whole bunch more that fits nearly everyone), then you are a terrorist! Instead of continuing my rant, I'll show you the tri-fold pamphlet that this info comes from so that you can do your own ranting. Here it is:

I believe it means what it says. Never forget that "they" consider God a threat since he rules by moral laws instead of laws authored by man. Besides, when you have an over burdened bureacracy do you think they'll take the time to truely see if your a radical? They'll ask you some very leading and biased pre-scripted questions which will always show you to be a christian radical. WAKE UP!
I believe it means what it says.
If you don't understand a term, look it up. I recommend Google.
Christian Identity is a very specific group of kooks who claim to be Christians. The vast majority of conservative Christians would disagree with this claim.
They have verified that it IS OFFICIAL, and that Al Shearer is the point of contact on the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
I am forwarding my earlier email to Tom Tancredo now...
sending it to Senetors, media and others...stay tuned.
A little help getting the word out would be nice folks!!
Perhaps some additional articles linked to this one, etc.
Why don't you give me a break. Last year the Republicans in this state stole 500 million dollars from the taxpayers to give it specifically to upper income people who are mostly republicans. The politicians responsible for this theft haven't resigned, they're Republicans and the party establishment hasn't even asked them to resign. Parents of children in this state desperately want an alternative to the public school system and all our republican leaders have to do is funnel more resources and grease the wheels a bit to expand the existing charter school system that educates 15% of the kids here. The Republicans are doing the opposite and restricting school choice for parents who have to send their kids to the democrat dominated schools. So, don't give me your republican cheerleader crap, this is one citizen who's been stepped on by the Republican scoundrels and I won't ever forget it.
In this state-wide races I'll vote for John Shadegg, Bob Stump, Jeff Flake or Matt Salmon. Other than that I'll vote non-Republican. Country Clubbers and fascists are not for me friend.
I remember the FBI saying the same thing (Peter Deutsch?) around Y2K time.
Oh good grief spare me the dramatics, sheesh. Did you even read my post before vomiting up that bolus?
If believing in the Bible makes you a member of "Christian Identity", then sleeping on a bed with sheets makes you a member of the KKK.
Reading: it's not just for kids...
"I believe it means what it says."
OK, I'll bite. It says "Christian Identity".
If it said "Christian Scientists", and you were a Baptist who worked at a national lab, would you worry that they were coming after you?
It takes a special kind of intelligence to parse "Christian Identity" as something other than the well-known neo-nazi outfit that goes by that name.
As I stated before, I am a Christian and I believe in the Constitution, therefore I am now a criminal, oops I mean Terrorist!
America is doomed. What are the odds on us making it to the next three years as a country? We are fading fast...Russia fell, now it's our turn.
Praise God that I have only one authority over me (GOD)! He never changes and never will! I have a reservation in Heaven, so I can suffer here on Earth.
I've seen that from many posters already. I wonder how many everyday, run-o'-the-mill LEOs know that.
Do you think that if they are not aware of the specific group in question it could be construed to mean any Christian? Who is to educate all LEOs about this particular group?
Think about that for a minute. Do you really think that anyone is so obtuse that they'd arrest Santa Clause (Kriss K. Kringle) because they read a flyer that said to be on the lookout for "KKK" people?
Absurd, isn't it.
No more absurd than trying to scare a bunch of people by insinuating that a call to be wary of "Christian Identity" members is to be interpreted as a threat against "Christians in general".
"But Sarge, I had to kill Rev. Smith -- he identified himself as a Christian, and after all, that FBI flyer and all, well, I had no choice!"
If I had a wet noodle I'd slap you with it right about now. Tell me -- if you don't want neo-nazi outfits to be listed by name, then how do you propose they be listed?
I swear, there are a bunch of panic mongers here who sound like apologists for the neo-nazis. Think about it! You're all jumping up and down screaming bloody murder because the FBI listed a few neo-nazi outfits by name!
Sheesh!
The term "Christian Identity" has two distinct meanings:
1. Anglo-Israelism (a.k.a. British-Israelism): A theological belief that the Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Scandinavian, Germanic and associated cultures are the racial descendents of the tribes of Israel. Thus, by extension, Americans and Canadians, are composed of the descendents of the ancient Israelites of the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament).
2. Racist, Christian-based faith groups: A number of small, extremely conservative Fundamentalist Christian denominations which have accepted Anglo-Israelism, and grafted it to racist, sexist, anti-communist and homophobic beliefs. They view the Jewish people as descendants of Satan. Followers tend to be involved in political movements opposing gun control, equal rights to gays and lesbians, and militia movements.
The second meaning has become dominant in the U.S. and Canada. We will use it for the remainder of this essay.
Yes, by all means, let's drop everything and get the word out that the FBI is listing neo-nazi outfits by name, and that we simply won't stand for it!
Free Republic can proudly be known as the outfit that rose to the defense of "Christian Identity" when the FBI listed 'em as bad guys.
Yup, being known as defenders of white supremecist neo-nazi radicals will certainly get FR's name heard far and wide.
Good grief, I think I'm going back to sleep. Maybe when I wake up this thread will have been a bad dream...
