November 4, 2001 -- This is the face of a traitor - a New Yorker who bought a one-way ticket to Pakistan because he wants to sign up for the Taliban and kill Americans.

Until he revealed his rabid and murderous intentions, Junaid said, he had been living a typical life as a born-and-bred New Yorker.

More than enough reason to start deporting islamic immigrants now, and closely monitor the activities of islamic citizens.

Then in a few years we'll have to pay reparations, plus internment camps aren't politically correct. We should just deport all these non-citizens and children of non-citizens unless they pledge alligience to the US, it should be politically correct to give them a one-way ticket back home because we wouldn't want to say that our culture or country is superior to theirs in any way, and living somewhere else is just as good or better. Besides the Koran teaches them they should not be living with infidels so deportation is also helping them follow their religion.

I'd deport the citizens who don't pledge allegience to the US. True multiculturalism would preach that third world cultures are at least as good as ours, but probably better so it would only be right for us to accept that and deport them all so they can all live under the Islamic law they hold so dearly in their hearts. When the Iranian students went back home after they overthrew the Shah, it certainly did not hurt us in any way, they got to live with the consequences of their actions and found they weren't so thrilled with Islam after all.

What is a good "Muslim"

From our point of view, a "good" Muslim is one who will live and let live without regard for race, religion, or gender. From the radical Islamic cleric's point of view, a Muslim who will live and let live without regard for race, religion, or gender is a "bad" Muslim. If he decides to live in a way that doesn't hurt other citizens, then we consider him to be good regardless of his reasons for it. If he decides to hurt others, regardless of his reasons for it, he forfeits his place in our society. However, if he decides not to hurt others for reasons having to do with religion then, according to various clerics and people like bin Laden who have called for him to join their fight as proof of the seriousness of his religious intent, he forfeits his place in what they regard to be Muslim society and is targeted for death along with the rest of the infidels. The crucial point isn't what we call "good" and what they call "bad". It's which society the person in question wants to be a part of what and then what he does based on that decision. For many the choice is, "Do I do A and become targeted for death or do I do B and become targeted for death?" Some will choose to ignore the clerics for reasons of conscience. Some will choose to ignore them because they think they're less likely to be killed here for being a Muslim than to be killed here for what some Mullah Omar over there thinks is a bad Muslim. Some will choose to follow the One Eyed Mullahs of the world because they see a chance to indulge blood lust (like the dork in the story above) and get away with it. Regardless, the reaction to their choice should be based entirely on the actions that they choose to take, not their reasons for taking them.

I think the govt. adopted your solution quite awhile ago. It seems that those who have been entrusted with the security of the country have for a long time been determined to destroy it. I can't wait for GW to trot out his amnesty idea again. Why has the border still not been secured is a question we should all be asking. Even if they have gained their citizenship it can be removed if granted due to lies, such as to whom you owe allegiance. Junaid on the other hand just needs to be shot.
