About $1.19 in Baltimore

$1.27 in North Jersey.
While our gas tax is lower than PA, our gas prices are about the same, because self-serve gas is illegal in NJ. That's right, the state legislature thinks that the people in the state with the highest median income are too stupid to pump their own gas.

$1.13 @ Walmart--SE Texas.

Every so often, we hear about a proposal to allow self-serve gas, but it always dies down quickly. There's a lot of union opposition, and I think a lot of people feel that once self-serve gas is legal, then full-serve will disappear. It's so annoying.

Here it connectis&%t we pay, as usual, the highest price (with the exception of Hawaii, of course) at $1.45 per gallon.
We have the highest taxes per gallon in the country.
