That Osama could kiss Hillary's ass too? That'd be a death penalty for sure.

He said where he lived and he said " and this is my face " as he stared into the camera

Tlb,
Interesting that you had to start your own thread about this topic, when the last post you make on the Mother of all Threads tonight was a salute to what Daschle said.
To: ourhouse
After that, he added "bitch." Anyone know why the Fire Commissioner was booed?

That guy was a relative of a Freeper?
Yes, that was the best part of the program. The rest of the program where liberals were trying to make themselves relevent again pretty much sucked. I especially enjoyed it when he called Osama "his bitch."

He's from Rockaway. I went to college with a couple of kids from there - mean Mothers.

How 'bout the boo-ing that the idiot Richard Gere received...how DARE he interject his anti-war spew into an evening designed to uplift the spirit of the NYC community.. what an OUTRAGE!
To: TLBSHOW
One of the other highlights was Hitlery getting booed LOUDLY by the audience as she introduced Jerry Sienfeld.

Yeah, it was really great when Hillary was booed! But I don't understand - what has she done to change New York's mind about her? It has to be something she did alone since she was elected because Bill Clinton got a warm reception. Ideas? Could it be her reaction to Bush's speech or her vehicle crashing the security checkpoint? What has liberal New York so teed off about Hillary?

Tom van Essen spent his career as a firefighter and the head of the Uniformed Firefighters Assoc. Many in FDNY felt he betrayed them by becoming FC and joining the enemy. There have been issues in truck manning, pay, and firemen not getting modern bunker gear until recently.FDNY grunts felt van Essen should have worked harder and more publicly on their behalf.
Still it was tough to hear him booed. This is a guy who must go to bed each night knowing that his orders, necessary as they were, resulted in the deaths of 343 firemen. Many of them his dearest friends. If you think of it, drop off a prayer for Tom van Essen's well being.

The cops and firemen, who made up that audience, didn't vote for Hillary. They may register and often vote for Dems, but they're culturally worlds apart from Hillary. Though many now live in civil service suburban enclaves like Farmingdale and Mineola, they represent the NYC of the past. Its ethnic Catholic heritage and its sense of service and duty. I taught from 1971 to 1984 in NYC Catholic Schools in neighborhoods like Ridgewood and Astoria. I can't begin to count how many of those kids were going up the stairs on 9/11. I know one who died and two who survived but lost friends, no. brothers. These men are not a part of the NY that voted for Hillary. One requirement for their vote, Democrat or Republican, is that the politician be a Patriot.

A long story short. No one really likes her in New York except for liberals but they have been cast aside since 911. Her down fall is one step at a time.

That was strange. It sounded like the whole crowd was booing him. Maybe it was just the people up front near the mic.

It's midnight on the West coast. Elton John and Billy Joel just finished singing. Richard Gere was booed. When can we expect Paul McCartney?

Real soon. First Bill Clinton gets a Jim Carey! LOL
