Beautiful questions to ask. I will forward this to many in my e-mail social group so that they, too, can participate in the fun of haranguing a terrorist peacenik.

It seems to me that by asking logical questions which require logical responses you are asking too much of most of the anti-war protestors. Logic and thought are not what seems to be propelling them, rather unthinking emotionalism.

I'd like to ask them: Did you protest when Clinton bombed a maternity hospital in Belgrade, killing women and babies?
To: RightlySo
One more question: After the Oklahoma bombing, did you ask whether we should look at the "root causes" of terrorism, and whether we should re-evaluate domestic policies that had angered and alienated so many people on the right?

Thanks for the info. My friends and myself will be going into Washington DC on Oct. 27 to protest the protesters. This will be a big help. Thanks again.

Good one.

Wonderfully put questions - worth memorizing for use during encounters with the kneejerk anti-American crowd.
Maceman, your question goes too far! LOL! If the questioned really thinks about what he is being asked, his brain will sizzle and fry.

Too much logic and rational thought is required for the "target audience" to handle those questions.
They operate at the level of "white man bad, brown man good".
To: SJackson
Can you identify any single act that you are willing to label as absolutely evil? I can already answer that for them. "Voting for Republicans, owning guns, planning for your own retirement and healthcare, in a word, being self reliant.

And many of them will respond yes. I'm a recovering leftist and two years ago I did protest that war.

I'm a longtime conservative, and I detested Clinton's baseless war against Serbia, including the bombing of the maternity hospital. The problem with leftwing "anti-war" protesters is that they really aren't against war and they aren't against the death of innocents. If they were, they'd be protesting Bin Laden's actions.
To: mountaineer
That's fine but you did not make that distinction. You seemed to imply that no lefitsts were opposed to that war.
To: Chicago Guy 2
Sorry, I meant to imply that they wouldn't object too strongly to anything their fellow traveler Billy Jeff Clinton would do, no matter how inhumane.
To: SJackson
Bump to the top for a perfect list of questions for which these anti-war folks have no logical answer...
To: mountaineer
That may be true for some of the people that you would describe as far leftists but many far leftists -including myself- despised as much as any Republican. Sometimes I think the distinctions between people to the left of FReepers are really lost on this crowd. There is a reason that Nader struck a nerve.
To: LaBradford22
Except for many leftists do have answers. I don't have time to go into them but keep in mind that most people who are opposed to what they view as U.S. imperialism do not see themselves as pacifists.
