Aw, shucks, Bill. After eight years, I thought you and Algore took care of that. And what's this "had to" crap? The West doesn't have TO DO anything. These countries need to get rid of the basket-case economic crap they practice and move towards a free market economy. What Klinton and his ilk have in mind is propping these countries up ... rather than forcing them to become self-sufficient via non-intervention. Giving countries a welfare check is no different than giving an individual a welfare check. Dependency is created in both circumstances. Only when people are forced to sustain themselves do they get off their @ss and do something to make their situation better.

Not to be a cretin, but the simple truth is that Klinton needs to be taken down a couple of notches(sp?). He needs to have his a$$ kicked severely. I'm beginning to believe he really is the antichrist. That letter said something about "in four weeks", which would be Oct 18th, and the 18th is the day that 4 of those convicted in the '93 WTC attack are due to be sentenced...

. . .Oh, I forgot the group that is currently responsible for a war declared against us. The Taliban; Clinton felt he owed them a few so they might come 'up to speed' with the Northern Alliance. . .

If ONLY Clinton had managed 'four more years'. . .

Clinton not only mis-dignoses problems. He lacked the leadership and the courage of his convictions to follow through on his mis-diagnosis. Lip service describes his presidency in so many ways.
