Thanks for resurrecting this OLD thread. It bears repeating as the author is 100% correct in the questions he asked.
In the meantime, four years have passed since 9/11 and there has been no outcry from the so called peaceful muslims to save their religion from the so called muslim extremists and I and many others have given up waiting for it to happen and therefore don't believe islam is peaceful.
