I do not seem to recall those people who jumped all over the militia movement during OKC, filling the airwaves telling the populace that the so call perpetrators did not reflect the bulk of the militia movement. Why do Muslims get the benefit of the doubt? It isn't like they earned it. Meanwhile in Nigeria today "peaceful" Muslims are on a killing spree like in the movie "Khartoum". Read "Exodus" and you can see how "peaceful" these people are.

This is actually the first opinion I've seen that reflects my sentiments EXACTLY!!! From the 'not giving a rat's a** right down the line. I'm really fed up with all the media encouraging Americans to "understand Islam." The fact of the matter is, it's not MY religion. I have a hard enough time understanding Catholicism, and it doesn't have a "good Catholicism" and an evil twin, "Bad Catholicism." It's pretty cut and dried that you're not supposed to kill people on it's behalf. When someone does cold-bloodedly do so, Catholics don't say, "oh that's the OTHER interpretation of catholicism." Thank you for a wonderful article. I'd like to see more of your writings.

As far as this article: I have been asking anyone who will listen: Where are the Islamic and/or Muslim people who know that Bin Laden is WRONG? Why don't we hear thier outcry? I just don't get it. Our nation was defended by and built upon people who had much to lose by speaking out against tyranny, yet they did? What is going on here? Do most people of the Islamic faith agree in the violence and hatred that Bin Laden represents? I know I am young and often naive, but why don't Islamic people speak up and ask for Bin Landen's head?

Very nicely put. I'm sure most of us here agree with what you say. The real question is, how come none of our media are willing to say it or print it?

To extend some of the replies above, how often do you hear some liberal commentator say that "real Christian fundamentalists aren't mean-spirited"? Or even "Not all pro-lifer protesters believe in shooting abortionists"?

Two or three whackos kill abortionists, and the media have spent twenty years smearing the pro-life movement. Millions of Muslims dance and cheer when the Trade Towers collapse, and the media will no doubt spend twenty more years explaining why they are all really innocent victims of American imperialism.

Uh, if you Freepers worship me, follow me, and do whatever I say I'll make sure you guys (women don't count, sorry) will get a bunch of babes in "paradise". And if you do follow me you get to snuff those that don't and take all their stuff and do what you like with their women. If they happen to get you first though the paradise/babe thing still applies.
