We need to correct this error before we have another World War. We should grant all Israelis immediate US Citizenship and bring them here. We should convert Jerusalem into a Religious Theme Park run by Disney or Warner, or Six Flags. We should return the rest of the territory to the Palestinians.

The re-establishment of Israel was foretold in prophecy to the date 1915, when the UK granted land to form the nation of Israel. Little men have spent their entire history on earth thinking they can waylay God's plans, it is a futile exercise.

It is pretty amazing to see the clock tick and the puzzle pieces fall into place like a chinese puzzle box and man just trips blindly on not noticing. Israel is there because God wants it there. He intends to drag all nations to the final conflict over Jerusalem and pour out his fury on them there. We are on the roller coaster going over the first hill and there is no getting off. People should be looking into their relationship to God instead of worring over a destiny that will come just as surely as the sun rises in the East.

When all this comes down, everyone should earnestly pray that we are on the right side of this thing.

You are correct - they shouldn't have "returned" to take another people's land - through terrorism by the way - because they voluntarily gave it up in the first place - when they were allowed back millenia ago.

As to the "rightful owners" - whoever can wield the largest force, fight for it, win it, and KEEP it. Given the history of the area - lotsa luck and blessings (Islamic or Christian or Jewish or whatever) to the victor because they will have it only for a short time - until a larger force takes it from them - again.

I still say that the best way to solve this endless trouble is to give all the parties 30 days to move their people and valuables out and then to dust the entire area with ground up nuclear waste (pellet size so that it doesn't blow too far). It'll give the entire area and its associated warring tribes a thousand years to cool off.

Nobody gave the Jews anything. They were there on the land and declared themselves a nation. The only thing the west did was recognize this nation. They defended themselves from invastion, and the rest is history. There is nothing to correct.
