There is no need for anyone to panic over this stuff- it's nasty beyond words, but NBC weapons are by definition terror weapons. The answer is knowledge.

There's no substitute for being alert & aware of your surroundings at all times. You are much more likely to be killed or maimed by your car than by a terrorist....
