Powell ought to keep his big mouth shut. he has been more of an embarassment than an asset.

PR and PR only! They have no plan to turn him over. We know that, but it provides us with the opportunity to remove them/destroy them and then claim: "Hey, we gave them the opportunity and they didn't take it!" That's my take on it anyway.

When the +!?#$@@@##(#(#*&^##!!! did he get elected king of the U.S.???????? I see his days as numbered in this administration if he doesn't learn how to shut the hell up.

Yes, it's all a legalistic maneuver and mind game. We said the same thing to Iraq.

Another of the many reasons why Powell is not the right man for the job, did you notice that the President didn't even shake Powell's hand after his speach thursday night.
I think Bush is tired of taking Powell's wimpy advice, wasn't it his advice that kept us from finishing Hussain with Bush Sr.

Yes, plus the fact that the Northern Alliance and the Afghan people may have something to say about who is in charge there.

"We said the same thing to Iraq."That's EXACTLY what Powell did to Iraq. He argued to leave Saddam in power and that's what happened. Have you been asleep for the last decade?

"Powell has said that the war on terrorism will be conducted in the same way as the war on drugs"
Innocent Man Killed By OHD (Office of Homeland Defense) Agents During Botched Raid - No Terrorists Found
"We followed all the correct procedures. We may have had the wrong address."
Let's hope it's not fought like the war on drugs...

Powell may let Taliban remain in power...POWELL may let?
I think there is a guy named Bush who may have other thoughts in mind. (hopefully)

Do you know the first thing about strategy? Powell is doing EXACTLY what he is SUPPOSED to be doing in times of war! CONFUSION is the ultimate weapon of warfare.
I hope you are right, otherwise I am confused.

Its going to be fought in EXACTLY the same way as the war on drugs. When you think about it, the two "Wars" fit together nicely don't they?
