Ted's at work? That's gotta be rough. Then again, what else can he do?

I agree with you, and disagree with Ollie. The scenario is thus:

Terrorists do a horrific act (9/11), thus eliciting a major military response from the USA, which kill many muslims, etc. Using THAT as an excuse, they then unleash some REALLY bad things on us.

Like you said, I hope I am wrong and Ollie is right.

I don¥t agree with Ollie¥s assessment. This plan has been in the making for years. It wouldn¥t take years to plan a couple of highjackings. It would however, take years to plant enough sleepers to really wreak havoc, smuggle in enough bios, etc. I believe we have only witnessed step one.

However, I pray he is correct.

I saw his comments this morning. North has been out of the loop for years, and now is little better than a loose cannon.

I can't find it on the web anywhere, but I know it's true because one of my friends who is working at home today called me because he saw it on tv (fox news). I don't know whether it's better to leave here now and go to lunch or if it's safer inside if something really does happen.

Justice Department Evacuated
September 17, 2001 11:39 AM ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department was evacuated Monday as fire alarms sounded throughout the building but it was not immediately known why the complex was cleared.

Workers in the building were told by Justice Department personnel to go away from the building, across Pennsylvania Avenue, and stand on the sidewalk by the nearby headquarters of the FBI.

Security has been tight in the United States since last week's attacks at the Pentagon near Washington and the World Trade Center in New York that likely killed thousands of people.

I heard on the news early this morning that a man was picked up in Wichita. He was seen near McConnell AFB (I believe).He was reported. He tried to flee but was stopped my security guards. Dogs were called in and responded positively to a package in the suspects car. Some homes were evacuated. Don't know anymore that happened than that.

Hmmmmmmm.......Ollie North is about the only "expert" I've heard saying we've seen the worst. All the other "experts" are saying a lot worse is coming. Wonder why Ollie is the lone voice for his point of view?

Hope Ollie knows what he is talking about ( am guessing he does.) I am getting to the point where I am now VERY curious as to what our military response will specifically consist of, and I also CAN'T WAIT to see it, (though I hate to think of the innocents who will inevitably be in harm's way).
