I normally hate these "nothing follows" type posts. But this headline (which will soon link to a story) intrigues me. For I too remember seeing a strange object hurtling towards the ground just after the second plane it. At the time, I didn't think anything of it. I thought it might be a defect in the film or something.

I thought about that, too. I've got a bunch of photos from a trip I took a few years ago, and all of the photos with a light background on the right side show something like this -- it was a piece of dust or something on the mirror inside the camera.

757 the landing gear are extremely long, and I believe thats what (from what I have seen/heard) is what this big dark object is. What is Matt's point? A conspiracy?

It could be the angle of the cameraman and it is probably an interceptor...

Right on, he almost missed the building and banked and pulled hard at the last few seconds to hit it. He didn't "almost miss the building". If you check the "attack angle" of both aircraft that hit the WTC you will see that they are virtually identical. In my opinion they were told to approach at this angle in order to do near maximum damage. If they had flown into the building straight and level, they would have affected only one or two floors. By attacking at an angle approaching 45 degrees, they affected over a half dozen floors at once.

I had heard this also, as well as the additional detail that a flight attendant was also found with her hands wired behind her back. Subsequently I have heard that none of the highjackers has been found.

Yep. Drudge is full of it this time. Plus, the position of the red line has nothing to do with the second impact whatsoever. Drudge has lost it.

The explosion coming out of the building is in focus, the object is not. This object appears to moving much faster than the explosive blast!
I think Matt's punch line is that this is a missle from a US jet that tried to shoot down the second plane.

I don't see anything on your pictures and since drudge just crashed, I suggest he leave it off going forward. This kind of stuff really pi$$e$ me off.
Drudge is trying to insinuate something that just doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things.

look at the video...it is not a shadow or dust it is some sort of flying object at an extremely high rate of speed!

Watching Dateline. I saw the second angle of the plane hit the building.. This 'object' moved extremly FAST from out of sight and was right of the towers... I didn't even think to look for it until reading the drudge headline.
This is not. I repeat NOT - from the wreck it litterally streaks across the screen 1 - 2 seconds after the plane hit. Watch the footage.

Tin foil hat time. It's piece of the burning plane. The smoke contrail makes it look like a big object. Matt is losing it.

This object appears to moving much faster than the explosive blast! Right...and it looked like a jet in the distance...flying between the two buildings.
To: Alas Babylon!
The red line is a pretty idiotic thing to add to the photo. You have to remember that the first building was largely intact when the second plane hit, even though it was burning out of control. Does anyone really believe that a projectile could go through the first building at that angle and come out the other side relatively intact? Besides going through the horizontal width building, it looks like it would have had to pass through about 15-20 floors vertically, too.

We have a category already prepared for this type of 'reporting', it's called:
"rivero-class clap-trap"

Agreed, it looked like the entire cockpit went through the building, with parts of it shooting 100s of feet past the building.
Could they have had something strange with them? Some communications device?
To: SamAdams76
It's probably one of those flying Roswell rods that are featured on the Art Bell web site. Matt used to have a good hard-hitting radio program until he started believing his own hype and drifted over into Dreamland.

Look at the tape...it is clear that it is not at all part of the second plane. This is another aircraft of some sort flying at an extremely high rate of speed!
