KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) -- Claiming their civil rights were violated by a policeman warning of violence over shutting off water to farmers, two environmentalists filed claims Tuesday against the city for $100,000 each.
Because Lt. Jack Redfied was in uniform and backed by other police officers when he mentioned Andy Kerr and Wendell Wood by name, it appeared he had the backing of the city when he made the July 25 speech, attorney Gary K. Kahn wrote in a letter to the city.

--anyone can file suit or make a complaint. Maybe those bozos should have 1,000 complaints filed against them locally. Or lawsuits like the one filed today. Keep them boys in court forever and ever as long as they keep pulling those weird stunts like they pulled in klamath. I know I'm watching locally here where I am, only a matter of time before the local whackos try this endangered species BS.

After a few of the articles I've read lately, I believe you are so right about the "Green" philosophy.

Kerr also has interests in promoting the farming of hemp in the U.S. No doubt he would find a way that hemp farming on the land he has taken from the Klamath farmers is just what is needed for the area. His partner R. McIntyre owns Crystalwood Lodge and seems to have interests in trout.
Funny how these people submitting the proposal for the government to buy this land also have strong personal interests in the area.
Is there a way they can get the government to allow them to grow hemp and have some trout grant or something so that they also get to use the land free? First step devalue the land by cutting off the water, second step submit a proposal for the poor farmers that want to leave, third step develop a grant for growing hemp on government owned land or for trout species and have the taxpayer fund their riches.</p

Info on R. McIntyre (partner with A. Kerr in submitting proposal to government for buying out the Klamath farmers)
" McIntyre also says, that the Basin has the world's greatest diversity of rainbow trout racesdifferent genetic versions of the same species. "The Columbia River, which drains the better half of four states, has eleven different races of rainbow trout. They have looked at about half of the streams in the Klamath Basin and have already found about 15 separate and new races of fish," said McIntyre.
He also believes that this number is in jeopardy. Records kept by his guides documenting the number of fish caught reveal diminishing numbers. McIntyre says that the lack of fish screens on diversion channels is one of the main contributors to this decline. "The fisheries have been harmed irreparably by unscreened diversions. Tens of thousands of fish die in the ditches," he said. Another major contributor to the diminished fishery is the health of Upper Klamath Lake itself." Thanks for the ping, farmfriend! I am really liking your bump list! Thanks for going to all of the trouble. It's much appreciated! ;o)
freedomnews, this is a bunch of hooey! (psst...Andy Kerr! Since he removed his cover, he wasn't in uniform!) I hope the judge on these cases considers them frivolous and the whole thing backfires on those two eco-demons and their hired hacks!

I see no threat in the man's words- this looks like "silencing via intimidation of lawsuit" to me!

It's called Freedom of Speech, eco-weeners, look it up.
The marxist enemies of freedom, once again, use our courts to defeat us.

Now tell me the truth, FN - if a uniformed officer had called for the confiscation of all firearms from private hands while on the city's payroll, would you be just as supportive of his "free speech' rights in that context? Uniformed officers do call for the confiscation of all firearms from private hands while on the city's payroll
How many Big city Police chefs have you seen saying this ?
To: AuntB
Yea, sure I understand. Barbara Martin & Stan Thomson are in court in Eugene under a restraining order for peacefully protesting right NOW. Their water is under armed federal guard. Redfield has been demonized....and Kerr and Wood are pissing and moaning?????I'm taking a walk. I'm with you. What country is this again?

They want to make free speech unaffordable, except for well funded (by whom is the question?) environmental zealots of the extreme left.

Police chefs are being taking out of office all over America

Heads up on a related topic, Yucca Mountain and nuclear waste. The protestors are all Naderite green apocalyptics. I wrote a whole book on it, very enlightening, I'll make links to my website in the near future. There's a meeting tomorrow, I'll write a synopsis. You don't have to be pro-nuke to be anti-commie green, they are truly wacko and dangerous.

Andy Kerr is a Environmentalists nuts
To: AuntB
