Planned Parenthood Will Spend $1 Million, Helping Abdul El-Sayed

Planned Parenthood Votes will spend another $1 million on digital ads attacking Republican Senate candidates in Maine and Michigan, an outlay that boosts radical pro-abortion Democrat Abdul El-Sayed in the race to replace retiring Sen. Gary Peters.

The super PAC affiliated with Planned Parenthood said the new buy targets Sen. Susan Collins of Maine and pro-life former Rep. Mike Rogers of Michigan. In Michigan, Rogers faces El-Sayed, a former Wayne County health official. In Maine, Collins is seeking a sixth term against former state Senate President Troy Jackson.

The $1 million comes on top of $800,000 already spent on ads in Michigan and $600,000 in Maine. It is part of the group’s $47 million “We Decide” campaign, announced over the summer to unseat lawmakers it says voted to defund Planned Parenthood and to build support for a lasting right to abortion.

That effort, which LifeNews described as second only to the group’s $50 million outlay in 2022, also covers 10 battleground House races across seven states and state contests aimed at protecting abortion access. The 2025 restriction the group is fighting cut Medicaid funding worth roughly $700 million a year.

When the larger campaign was announced in July, the abortion biz said the group was “in the fight of our lives,” and vowed to “elect unapologetic champions of reproductive freedom” and “make sure members of Congress who voted against Planned Parenthood lose their jobs.”

In Michigan, the ads say Rogers voted for a national abortion ban, co-sponsored legislation to ban abortion from the moment of conception “over and over again,” and backed measures to “defund” Planned Parenthood. Those attacks are meant to lift El-Sayed.

Collins and Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska sided with Democrats last year to strike a pro-life provision from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that would have barred Planned Parenthood health centers from receiving Medicaid funding for services to low-income women.

Jackson, Collins’s opponent, has said he once opposed abortion and later changed.

“I’ve made mistakes early on in understanding” abortion, he told The New York Times in July. “Regardless of this U.S. Senate race, I’m really, really proud of how I’ve turned that around and … done the right thing. I mean, I was wrong.”

For pro-life advocates, the buy is the nation’s largest abortion business spending to keep its public funding and to elect senators who will defend it. The Michigan ads punish Rogers for supporting a ban from conception and for voting to cut Planned Parenthood off from Medicaid. The beneficiary is El-Sayed.

PP is determined to get its funding back in shape by pushing thru all the godawful demoncRATS. There are 3 ballot initiatives in my local area and a rep from PP is in the explanations of all 3. So when I see their involvement I’m voting against them on all 3.

Not sure Islam likes abortion?

““Indeed, We created man from an extract of clay. Then We placed him as a drop in a secure place. Then We developed the drop into an ‘alaqah, then developed the ‘alaqah into a mudghah, then developed the mudghah into bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, then We brought him into being as a new creation. So blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators.”

(Surat al-Mu’minun, 23:12–14)

Hopefully they’ll perform a late term abortion on him.

Nuts. How did they let it be legal for entities that take government funds to use funds in political campaigns? It should be illegal. No matter the group or cause or party affiliation.

Most mohammedan countries allow abortion.

Some, like Turkey, allow partial birth abortion.

You just need the permission of the father.

The consent or even involvement of the mother is moot.

Amazing considering how the muzzies treat women. PP is without a doubt an entity run by the father of lies.
