A person’s sex is determined at conception, not “assigned” at birth. A person with XY chromosomes needs to change the chromosomes to XX in all of his cells if he is genuinely becoming the other sex.

I got in trouble with a group of blue haired harpies when I ordered lunch at a food truck. The nice young lady asked “is this your order?”

And I replied, “nah, it’s that guy’s over there.”

And that guy was the biggest obvious tranny fag man who demanded we all refer to him as a female. The whole coven of blue haired harpies were screaming and yelling while me and my buddy were just laughing away eating our lunch and drinking a PBR tall boy.

The term "misgender" is based on the false assumption that one can choose one's sex. (As one who holds an advanced degree in a branch of the biological sciences, I promise that the notion is fallacious, and easily disproven.)

I do suspect that any enforcement of so-called transgender and pronoun rules could leave the enforcing agency liable for a lawsuit.

Needs to be said again and again, ‘sex is not assigned at birth’.

I can agree with the desire to change one’s name. If Robert wants to be called Roberta, that’s ok. However, Roberta cannot demand to be treated as a female.

If a person wants to change his name, fine. Many historical figures are known by a different name than what they were given at birth (Biblical figures, Christian saints, monks and nuns, nearly all the popes in the past 1000 years, etc.). If it is a name characteristic of the same sex there is no problem.

Maybe the rule should be that if the new name is one associated with the other sex, the person has to adopt Bozo as his or her middle name.
