The judge has declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case. I’m writing a much longer podcast on the women — the crazy, crazy women — but I’d also like to lay out the case as I see it and why I am grateful to the one juror who stood against the 11 and led to the mistrial. I watched every minute of this trial, all those weeks of testimony and seven days of deliberations, and if I were on the jury, I would have joined him

The Man who held his ground is a hero. The scumbag lawyer should lose his license and face a lawsuit. He accused the juror of perjury and breaking the law. He practically doxed the juror also when he identified the juror’s gender as there were only 3 men on the jury, well one man and 2 cucks. Now the witch hunt will be on for the man who stood strong, God bless him.

My little sister was a bipolar schizophrenic. She was absolutely beautiful and of high intelligence. A total joy to be with. Post puberty the sighs of schizophrenia became evident. At first little. She completed high school and started college and that is when it all started falling apart for her.
That is when the voices started. She never told me what they said. However, she knew the voices were not real, and this gave her much depression as she knew she was not normal. I remember her tears.
The point of my post is although schizophrenic she also knew reality even when the voices spoke. She was schizophrenic but rational. She would not put her hand above a flame as she knew it would hurt. That evil woman that killed her children was probably schizophrenic but totally cognizant of right and wrong. The first thing she said to her ex was “I probably need a lawyer.” Certain punishment is a deterrent to murder even with the mentally ill.
She needs death but Massecuites will not provide this. Thus, life in prison is the only just sentence.
Because she killed her 3 children!

You nailed it. That defense attorney should be held liable. He is an officer of the court and broke the rules.

She also premeditated a rather prolonged murder plan and methodically carried it out over several minutes. She didn’t just “snap”.
We do not need to know womens backstories. No one cares about mens backstories.
We just need to apply the law equally and properly. This was not done precisely because she was a woman and benevolent sexism gave her a massive pass it never would have gicen a man who did this to his kids, regardless whether he was insane.
Too damn bad she screwed up her suicide.
I too have seen Schizophrenia up close. They are unmanageable in general and need to be put away instead of wandering around in our open air insane asylum and hurting other people.
If I think of those poor little children I can easily become irrational.
