More than 150 medics have arrived at the US military hospital in Landstuhl, Germany, in recent days, the Wall Street Journal reported. The deployment could signal a potential escalation of US military operations in the ongoing Iran conflict.
The Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in the Kaiserslautern district serves as one of the primary treatment facilities for US soldiers wounded in the Middle East. The arrival of additional medical personnel suggests preparations for a possible increase in casualties.

I hope this story isn’t true. Trump says a lot of aggressive things, things that can chalked up to being part of a negotiation.
But moving medics, that sounds like serious business.
It could also mean rotation time. New group in. The article doesn’t say if these are in addition to existing or just like I said, rotating the existing personnel.
That is the same Army hospital that we were treating Ukraine wounded in, it also halted labor and delivery services back in March to refocus on possible Iran operations casualties.

Right. But that was a very public thing. Iran was meant to take notice.
I can’t see this medic thing falling in the same category.
But as was noted earlier, perhaps this is a normal rotation.

On X I am hearing rumblings of Marimns pinned down on an island, They surprised us and Iran had hidden people underground. I also heard that the Ford was hit.
I have no idea if any of this is true or not. So far, nothing from any official sources.
Trump’s support among MAGA should be much higher than 83%... should be 90-95% or more.
Other recent polls have shown his support among MAGA in the high 70’s.
Third, the CNN report which showed 100% MAGA support in March of 2026 has been reported by CNN now to have fractured into three pieces, with CNN now reporting 37% unconditional support on the Iran War among MAGA, 37% conditional among MAGA (no high gas prices, grocery prices, etc), and 20% among MAGA saying stop the War against Iran.
Trump seems to have finally realized that Iran negotiators have no power. All power in Iran resides with fanatic Islamic leadership of IRGC. It is ISLAMIC REVOLUTIONARY council all the way. The name says it all. One does need to be a geo-political genius to understand the situation. It is Jihad (holy war) by IRGC.

I make no comment on how correct that comment is. But I will say this. Americans no longer have an appetite for lengthy wars with many casualties.
The only way to remove the mullahs would be with ground forces. Lots of infantry. That will take time. And there will be casualties.
That just might get Trump impeached and removed from office.

Medics are not doctors. The word gets out and Iran gets the idea it’s for a ground troop invasion. Let them think that’s the case.
I heard Trump is going to use the secrets from Area 51 to punish the Iranians.
